Conditional Use Permi~t for a temporary mobile home for use as a sales office on the
above site, The Zoni~ng Adjustor found no evi~dence that the applicant had pursued con-
structi on as~ part of a previ ous permi~t and that the si te i s not currently deve~l oped in compliance with the terms of the zoning approval granted in 1979. The applicant
has appealed this matter citing generally that he failed to receive notice of the
Zoning Adj~stor hearing and that major changes to building plans necessitate continued
use of the temporary sales s.tructure.

1980, hold a public hearin~ as provided in Section 4.25 of Title IV of the
~ Spokane Count.y Zonin~ Ordinance, on application of U-Haul Company of Spokane, ~l

WHEREAS, the Zoninq Adjustor did after the public hearinq forr~ally act up-
~n said annlication and did den~ said a~alication based upon findinqs of ~act and reason set forth in the official minutes dated the 5th of November, 1980,
