r] Applicant must sign and record Spokaae County Engineer form "Notice to Public No.
1" of 5/5/81 in order Lo comply with above requirements.
Private roads must be signed in accordance with the proviaions of Spokane County
Board of County Commissioners Reeolution No. 80-1592 as amended, and constructed in
conformaace with Section 3.07, Sectioas A and B of thaC title.
There may be a future need for a public road to eerve the described property.

2) Agree to join and par[icipate in the formation of a County Road Improvement
Project sanctioned by Spokane County.
Applicant must sign and record Spokane County Engineer form "Notice to Public No.
3" of 5/5181 in order to comply with above requirements.
Private roeds must be signed in accordanCe with the provisions of Spokane Caunty
Soard of County Commissioners Resolution No. 80-1592 as amended, and constructed in
conformance with Section 3.07, Sec[ions A and 8 of that title.
[j The easement(s) which are represented as a part of [his application do not comply
with 5pokane County srandards for private roads (see Spokane County Board of Com-
missioners Resolution No. 80-1592 as amended). It is, therefore, the Engineer e
recucnmeiidation prior to consideration of the variance that the easement be btought
into compliance with Spukanc: County standards or the variance be denied.
VApplicant should be advised that an approach permit must be obtained from the
County Engineer prior to t}ie construction af any new driveway approaches.
