The applicant, L.G. Mouqhmer throuqh her agent, Karen Rigby, filed an
anplication with the Planninq Deaartment on March 12, 1981 requestinq a vari- ance approval for relaxation of the front yard setback for a duplex to be
constructed on the prope rty. The ~rope rty is located east of Spokane in Sec-
tion 15,~Township 25, i~anae 44.
This matter was heard before che Zoning i~dj~~stor on ~~ay 20, 1981. After
receiving public testimony and acceptinq the file from the Clerk to the Zoninq
Ad,justor~~, the Zoninc~ Ad.justor ~laced this matter under advisement for review and decision. ~

13 uni t apartment complex. Approval was granted for thi s development by the
Spokane County Hearing Examiner Committee on April z0, 1979.
. It is further noted that all new development on Olive Avenue were required
to dedicate and improve portions of Ol i ve Avenue fronting on sai d properti es
including ~urbing. That portion of 011~ve Avenue fronting the .subject prooerty
is not improved. ~
