VE-58-82 - The setback relaxation is being requested along SR-27. A field inspec-
tion of the site disclosed that the site is separated from SR-27 by a
fence. It appears as if there will not be any traffic problems created
if the request is granted. The Washington State Department of Transpor-
tation should cortment on this applications since the proposed addition
will abut their right of way.
VE-57-82 - Should this application be approved, the County Engineer requests that a
minymun setback of 13 ft. be required. This Nill allow for storage of a
standard size vehicle in the driveway as well as providing adequate s7ght
distance when a vehicle is backed out of the garage toward Farr Road.
