and the two approaches shown on the sketch submittal total 44.6 feet, which
is equal to 68.6%. Also, the private driveway is shown at 20 feet in width
from the property line. The standards required the edge of a driveway to be
7.5 feet from the property line at the right-of-way line. The property would
