Subjett ABenda Items Schedule 4-28-82
1. CUE 4-82 - Applicant should be advised that an approach permit must be obtained from
the Spokane County Engineer for any new driveWay approaches.
2. WVE 10-82 - A 15 ft. front yard setback, if permitted, will allow for adequate vehicle
storage outside of the travelled roadWay.
3. VN 60-82 - This requeat should be reviewed by [he Washington State Department of
Transportation and City of Spokaue eince they have juriediction in this
matter. Applicant should be advised that prior to the issuance of a
building permit, they will be required to improve Rhodes Avenue and
Atlantic Street as per the foilowing requirements:
a) Curb, sidevalk, drainage control and pave to existing road along
Atlantic; and
b) Curb, drainage control and 24 ft. of paving along Rhodes Avenue.
The above-referenced improvements shall be constructed in conformance with
Spokane County Board of Cotinty Commissioner's Resolution No. 80-1592 as
amended.
