That the oroposal is qenerally located south of Spraque Avenue, east of Manifold Road and west of Tschirley Road in Seetion 19-25-45, Snokane County. Parcel #19552-0303. 2. That the proposal consists of a request for a temporary use permit for one year to allow a mobile home for a dependent relative. 3. That the adopted Spokane County Generalizeci Comprehensive Land Use Plan indicates Urban usaqe of the area encompassetl hy }he proposal. 4. That the site is zoned Aqricultural. 5. That the existinq land uses in the area of proposal include residential, school, and comme rcial. 6. That the applicant presented a letter from a practicinq physician ex- plaining the need for close cai°e by a relative. 7. That no persons have voiced objection or concern reqardinq the r)ro- posal. 8. That the aqnlicant stated she would comply with all departmental con- ditions applied to this prolect. 9. That the proposal othe ndise meets all current standards of the Spokane County Zoninq Ordinance for this use. 10.
