DESCRIPTION OF CHANGES
While laying out bituminous planing limits, It was discovered that the proposed east boundary of the overlay project should be relocated
approximately 20 feat east to an existing HMA seam to remove a strip of pavement in poor condition.
This change order pays for the following work:
Additional Shim Bituminous Planing, at curb lne at bid unit prices.
Additional 3/8" Bituminous Planing atbd unit prices.
Additional 2 inch HMA overlay at bid unit prices.
Additional Plastic, Type 6 Sidewalk pavement marking at bid unit prices.
Multiple occurrences of Single Lane Closure for Multi -lane Roadway at the SB Curblane of University Rd north of the Sprague intersection,
