This complex requires 2 fire hydrants to be installed. The hydrants shall be installed as per approved water plan and shall be installed prior to construction of complex. Each hydrant shall be capable of flowing a minimum of 1500 GPM at 20 PSI residual when any 2 hydrants are flowing simultaneously. The bottom of the lowest outlet of the hydrant shall be no less than 18 inches above finished grade. Credit is given for 1 existing hydrant located on Lot #4. One new fire hydrant shall be installed on the west side of Bluff Drive, 130 ft. south of the north lot line of Lot 1.
