MANSON, Director CERTIFIED - RETURN RECEIPT REQUESTED With regards to our telephone conversation of November 21, 1980, this office has received reports concerning the use of your property, located at East 7519 Beverly Drive, Spokane County, parcel number 19543-0309, as a storage yard for materials associated with your custom tile business. Storage in an Agricultural Suburban Zone, in which your property is located, is limited by Section 4.05.070 of the Spokane County Zoning Ordinance to, "...storage of materials used in the connection with the operation of a household and activities associated with the normal operation of a house- hold except that property may be used for the storage of materials used in the construction of the individual buildings on the property in the project." Additionally, Section 4'05.100 prohibits general commercial and manufacturing uses of property in an Agricultural Suburban Zone, unless specifically per- mitted. Unfortunately, a tile business is not a specifically permitted use. We are of the opinion that a period of 14 days, beginning with your receipt of th�^ letter, should be sufficient time for you to remove those items associated with the business which are currently being stored on your property. Do not hesitate to act upon this important matter, since a vio- lation of the Spokane County Zoning Ordinance is a misdemeanor and does carry a penalty. I am sure it is important to you, as it is to me, that we resolve this situation quickly.
