TEMPORARY CONSTRUCTION EASEMENT
THE GRANTOR, Travis Garske,a-siogie-fitan , for and in consideration of$10.00 and other valuable
consideration, conveys and grants unto the City of Spokane Valley, a municipal corporation of the State
of Washington, and its assigns, THE GRANTEE, under the imminent threat of the GRANTEE's exercise
of its right of Eminent Domain, the right, privilege and easement over, upon, and across the hereinafter
described lands for the purpose of: Constructing Sidewalk, curb cuts, and repairing sod & swales, and
blending to existing ground.
The temporary rights herein granted shall commence on August 18, 2014 and terminate on
August 17, 2015 or upon completion of project construction, whichever occurs first.
Said lands being situated in Spokane County, State of Washington, and described as follows:

Easement attached hereto and made a part hereof.
It is understood and agreed that delivery of this temporary construction easement is hereby
tendered and that the terms and obligations hereof shall not become binding upon the City of Spokane
Valley unless and until accepted and approved hereon in writing for the City of Spokane Valley by its
authorized agent.
