EXECUTIVE SESSION: Mayor Wilhite called the meeting to order at 5:50 p.m. It was then moved by
Councilmember Schimmels, seconded by Councilmember Denenny, and unanimously agreed that Council
go into Executive Session for approximately 40 minutes for the purpose of discussing labor negotiations.
Council adjourned into executive session.
At 6:21 p.m. Mayor Wilhite declared Council out of Executive Session, and the meeting was adjourned.
