CONDITIONS
* Saw -cutting of existing curb in the right-of-way in order to create an approach is not allowed in Spokane Valley.
* All approaches are to be inspected by the Development Engineering Inspector (John Johnson 509-599-6306) prior to
placing concrete or asphalt.
* Prior to excavation, it is the Contractor responsibility to contact the purveyor of any transmission pipeline that is within 100
feet of permitted work, as per RCW 19.122.033.

below and obtain the necessary approvals before progressing beyond the point where inspections are
required and may necessitate removal of certain parts of the construction are the applicant's / permittee's
or property owner's expense.
