Design -A Temporary Erosion and Sedimentations Control (TESC) plan, must be prepared and
maintained on file with the site construction plans and shall cover all construction activities for the
improvements proposed in these plans.
The TESE shall conform to the 2001 Spokane County Standards for Road and Sewer Construction (or
as amended), the 2008 Spokane Regional Stormwater Manual (or as amended), the City of Spokane
Valley Municipal Code and all other federal, state
