MEMORANDUM

RE: Mica Park 4-Plex Project

In accordance with that revised site plan provided to you
approximately 2 weeks ago, we have now completed paving the
driveways and parking areas on the above project. A few
extra carparks will be located off the paved areas on graveled
pads.
I believe the driveways have been designed with good vehicular
traffic flow and adequate fire control access. At your con-
venience, you may wish to review the project and if you would
like me to meet with you on the site I would be most happy to
do so - just give me a call.
