Bloom Circle Spokane Valley, WA 99016 Dear Duane: Today I inspected the manufactured home, having HUD Label Numbers IDA 195332 and IDA 195333, and located at the above address. All hitches, wheels, and axles have been removed. The foundation meets the requirements in Permanent Foundations Guide for Manufactured Housing, HUD -7584, dated September 1996. As delineated in that document, these requirements include vertical stability (anchorage to prevent uplift and overturning, footing size, frost heave prevention, and adequate underfloor crawlspace perimeter for keeping out vermin and water) and lateral stability (prevention of sliding). The anchoring system is the LLBS by Minute Man Anchors, Inc. and is installed in accord with the anchor manufacturer's instructions. The uncovered front deck is free standing.
