Re: Accessory building/Future Acquisition Area
Dear Mr. Critchlow:
I am writing as a follow up to our conversation today regarding the construction of an accessory
building on the property located at 3123 S. Bolivar Ct.
As we discussed, there is a 16' Future Acquisition Area and a 10' utility easement located along
the south lot line of your property. After speaking with the City Attorney's office, the Public
Works Department, and the Community Development Director, it has been determined that an
accessory structure on this lot will need to be located north of the utility easement. The "Building
Setback Line" shown on the face of the plat is no longer valid and will not be contemplated when
approving your building permit.
In order to better expedite your building permit application, you may want to submit a copy of
this letter with v our application materials.
