THE GRANTOR, Meadowridge Associates, L.L.C., a Washington limited liability
company, for and in consideration of $10.00 and other valuable consideration, the receipt of
which is hereby acknowledged, conveys and warrants to the City of Spokane Valley, a municipal
corporation of the State of Washington, THE GRANTEE, for public use forever, the following
described real estate:

Valley Director of Public Works. Also, the undersigned hereby requests the Assessor and
Treasurer of said County to set-over to the remainder of the herein described parcel, the lien of
all unpaid taxes, if any, affecting the property hereby conveyed, as provided by RCW 84.60.070.
