TEMPORARY CONSTRUCTION EASEMENT
THE GRANTOR, Meadowridge Associates, L.L.C., a Washington limited liability company ,
for and in consideration of$10.00 and other valuable consideration, conveys and grants unto the
City of Spokane Valley, a municipal corporation of the State of Washington, and its assigns,
THE GRANTEE, under the imminent threat of the GRANTEE's exercise of its right of Eminent
Domain, the right, privilege and easement over, upon, and across the hereinafter described lands
for the purpose of: Constructing Sidewalk, patching back existing sod, and blending existing
driveway approach.
The temporary rights herein granted shall commence on June 15, 2014 and terminate on June
14, 2016 or upon completion of project construction, whichever occurs first.
Said lands being situated in Spokane County, State of Washington, and described as follows:

It is understood and agreed that delivery of this temporary construction easement is
hereby tendered and that the terms and obligations hereof shall not become binding upon the

Spokane Valley by its authorized agent.
