Boone Jodi, On March 7, 2007 I met with the owners at 9407 E Boone to inspect the existing structure located on site to determine whether it is a habitable space. At this time all utilities have been disconnected and meters removed, the kitchen is non-functional, plumbing and appliances have been removed. It appears that the existing structure is non -habitable at this time. If a permit is issued for a new residence I recommend that the existing structure be posted "Do Not Occupy" and that prior to final approval of the new residence the existing structure should be demolished if need be.
