Please be advised that in order to better identify your property this office (City of Spokane Valley
Planning Division) has found it necessary to change the current address to 12010 and 12012 East
Boone Avenue for the duplex permitted per file number 07-000873.
It is extremely important that the following items be accomplished as soon as possible and
remains as assigned:
