We have received your sheet #27 on Home Occupation, and there is a violation of the z)ring ordinance at 12104 E Boone. There is a business at this address "Gaylu Mfg.0',)." manufact- uring sporting goods, duffle bags, etc. This business is cond- ucted in buildings that are perhaps 20 feet from adjoining home on the West. Also understand there is an outside employee. This property has been a problem to all property owners near since this big oi_: home was moved in, Perhaps 10 years ago. There is an apartment in the basement connected to a cesspool; which was a violation at the time and making this a 3 unit rental. Our zoning permits only 2 rental or duplexes. Two or three years ago, this party was issued a permit for a trailer hone moved in backfor the parents; which the neighbors did not object to. However, there is congestion and they built a small building close to the East neighbors fence. The neighborhood is concerned now as to what this may develop into.
