Dear Mr. Kottke:
I am writing in regards to our conversation yesterday in the Permit Center regarding the
possibility of building a detached garage on your mothers property located at 13207 E.
Boone Avenue. During our conversation, a question arose regarding the paving of the
driveway and the need for a new driveway approach.
Yesterday afternoon Rod Pegram, the City's Construction Inspector conducted an
inspection of the site and has determined that a new approach will not be required.
