Dear Ms. Phillips:
On Sept&ther 7, 1979, an inspection of the duplex at the above address was
conducted.. At this time it was found that the following items were in non-
compliance with the Uniform Building Code:
a. Minimum stairway headroom shall be 6'6" measured from nosing of
stairway treads, as per UBC Section 3305 (p).
b. Bedroom window sill height shall not be more than 44 inches
above the floor, 48 inches, under the 1973 edition of the UBC
Section 1204; 1979 edition, Section 1404; 1970 edition.
This inspection was conducted at your request, and is informational only.
No requirement is being made by this department to correct these items.
