Dear Ms. Gardner,
Our records indicate that your permit application at the above -referenced property has expired. The
International Building Code, Section 105.3.2 states that "An application for a permit for any proposed work
shall be deemed to have been abandoned 180 days after the date of filing, unless such application has been
pursued in good faith or a permit has been issued, and plans and other data submitted for review may
thereafter be returned to the applicant or be destroyed by the building official."
Accordingly, you are requested to make arrangements to pick up your application and plans or complete the
final application.
If there is no response to this notice within ten (10) days from the date of receiving this letter, all records
and plans will be destroyed without further notice from this office.
