Health Division performed a site inspection on June16, 2004, July 8, 2004 and August 31, 2004 at
17303 E Boone,
As a result of this inspection, it was verified that observed conditions are in violation of Spokane County
regulations pertaining to sewage disposal systems. Findings concluded: The septic tank is located under
the un-perlrnitted addition to the house.
A check with the County Assessor's records has you listed as the current property owner. Based on the
foregoing violation, you are hereby directed to perform the! following remedial measures effective
immediately Both houses are to remain vacant until the septic tank is relocated or the un -
permitted addition removed.
A follow-up on-site investigation will be conducted by this offce immediately. Failure to comply will
result in appropriate judicial action.
