Ms. Cindy Lee Loan Officer 16114 E Indiana Avenue, Suite 210 Spokane, WA 99216 Cindy.lee@homestreet.com: Ms. Lee, We are in receipt of your inquiry pertaining to the addition to a Single Family Residence located at 4924 N. Boulder Rd. The property file shows that the property owner submitted an application and was issued a Building Permit (Permit # BLD -04-07197) in July of 2004. Prior to the issuance of the permit, the application was reviewed and identified as compliant with the City of Spokane Valley's adopted codes and regulations in place at that time. Should a disaster occur that eliminates the addition or damages it to the extent that it is no longer repairable, the addition would be permitted to be re -constructed pursuant to City of Spokane Valley Municipal Code Section 19.20.060(C)(5) provided that the construction is compliant with the adopted Building Codes in place at the time of Building Permit application submittal. I hope this letter meets your request. Please let me know if you have any further questions.
