Dear Mr. Anest:
A recheck of our files indicates that no arrangements have been made t
correct the situation; i.e., no final inspection on the attached garag
located at the above -referenced address.
As stated previously, a final inspection and approval are required prio
to occupancy.
Therefore, we must require that notification be received by this offic
as to the time frame needed to resolve this matter immediately, or thi
entire matter will be forwarded to the Spokane County Prosecutin
Attorney's Office for appropriate legal action.

RE: No Final Inspection - East 19003 Boone Avenue
Dear Mr. Anest:
A recent visual inspection indicated that the attached garage
located at the above mentioned address, parcel number 17552-0140,
has been completed and occupied without an approved final
inspection.
It should be noted that Section 305(d) of the Uniform Building Code
requires that there be a final inspection and approval on all
buildings and structures when ready for occupancy or use.
As a result of a final inspection, you were requested to:
1. Construction of a fire wall between garage and house.
A subsequent recheck of our records indicates that another final
inspection has not been requested. We are, therefore, requiring
that you contact this office immediately to establish a time frame
for resolution of these requirements.
