Your request for a special safety inspection of the existing
residence with attached garage, located at N. 1404 Bowdish,
Assessor's Parcel #16541-0230, was recently inspected by Inspector
Larry Murray.
This single family home, with full basement, was erected in
1952.
From a visual view of the existing completed home, it is the
opinion of the inspector that the house is in good condition, seems
structurally safe and conforms to the minimum building code requirements.
