In consideration of the issuance of the permit for the erection of signs the grantee must place the said signs where directed by County Officials and shall remove the said sign at the expiration of the permit unless regularly renewed, This permit will be good only for commencement of work within six months, and the entire completion thereof within from this date; after which time this permit will be void. The trailer court shall be developed in substantial conformance to the approved plot plan on file with this application, Including the indicated change of the trailer location on lot 28. 2. It is not necessary to pave the court area nor for lighting to be installed. 3. The minimum spacing of trailers, side by side and end to end, shall be not less than 20 feet (requirements including tip outs and enclosed porches). 4. No trailer shall be located closer than 25 feet from any existing public right - of way and not less than 10 feet from any property line. 5. Seventy percent of each trailer stall area shall be left in open space. 6. All areas within the trailer court, other than required parking and trailer pads, shall be completely and permanently landscaped. 7. The sewage disposal facilities shall be approved by the Spokane County Health•s District. a. Provisions shall be made for fire hydrants in accordance with the rqulrements of the Palley Fire Marshall.
