This Change Order compensates Halme Construction forth repair of unmarked sewer services,in accordance with Halme's
proposal dated 9/8/2014.Services will be repaired to extend to associated parcel property line.This also covers excavation and haul
for subgrade preparation on Valleyway Ave.,which was not included in the original bid.Additional Working Days are for this work
and field-added PVC pipe and catch basin quantities.

Change Order 1 is for replacement of unmarked sanitary sewer stubs broken during excavation.
It also compensates Halme for Roadway Excay. On Valleyway Avenue that was not included in
