1997, 02-21 Correspondence Re: Unapproved On-Site SewageFebruary 21, 1997 1417 N. Bowman •okane, WA • POKANE REGIONAL HEALTH DISTRICT RE: Violation In Accordance With: Section 1.04.070 Wastewater Disposal; and Section 1.04.080, Subsection 3, Use of Wastewater Plumbing and Disposal Systems; of the Spokane County Rules and Regulations for Sewage Disposal Systems. Dear Mr. Rairdon: On September 25, 1996 the Spokane County Health District received a public complaint regarding an unapproved on-site sewage system at 1417 1N,. Bowman. There is an in ground swimming pool installed over drainfield area with out building permit approvail A compliance date was set for October 24, 1996, to provide an approved on-site sewage system or vacate the property. As of this date there has been no application/permit obtained from this office to install a replacement on-site sewage system. A follow-up on-site investigation was conducted on February 6, 1997, at 1417 N. Bowman. It was verified the residence is still occupied. Please be advised you must vacate the property or provide an approved on- site sewage system by March 15, 1997. A check with the County Assessor's records has you listed as the current property owner. A follow-up on-site investigation will be conducted by this office immediately after the foregoing compliance date. Failure to comply will result in appropriate judicial action.
