Both these plats were accepted as preliminary plats at our last meeting and I belive there ha.s been no substa.ntial change in them. Mr. State will report on them. IvIr, State: There have been only minor changes leaving the lot sizes and layout substantially as they were in the preliminary. The wa,ter instal-- lation is nearly complete and the grading will be done as soon as that is completed in West Valley -#3. STEVI CK IS FINAL PLAT Mr. State; The plat of Stevickls Addition required no changes, but a performance bond will be necessa.ry to insure the water and grading being done. Mr. Chaffins has set the amount of the bond and all that romains to be done is to meet with the owner to discuss the matter. W. NIeigs: I make a motion that we accept this subject to Mr. Chaffints clecision as to the amount of the bond. Mr. Bienz: I second tlze motion. I4otion carried.
