SE: Corrections to be made at�tb. 3607 Bowdish Road.
Veer Mr. Nierenberg: �
It has come to my attention that the following corrections have not
yet been made at the above mentioned location. The problems are as
follows:

2) Trap size too small on kitchen sink. rap should be a minimum
of III inches.
Water is leaking in the basement.
Note: Reference to the above is made to Section 1707 (c) of the
Uniform Building Code and Table 4-1 of the Uniform Plumbing Code.
U.B.C., Section 205: The Code states that it shall be unlawful for
any person, firm, or corporation to erect, construct, enlarge, alter, repair,
move, remove, improve, convert or demolish, equip, use. occupy or maintain
any building or structure in the county, or cause or permit the same to be
done, contrary to or in violation of any of the provisions of this Code.
Any person, firm, or corporation violating any of the provisions of
this Code shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and each such person
shall be deemed guilty of a separate offense for each and every day or
portion thereof during which any violation of any of the provisions of this
Code is committed, continued, or permitted, and upon conviction of any
such violation such person shall be punishable by a fine of not more than
$300 or by imprisonment of not more than 90 days. or by botb such fine and
imprisonment.
This has been the second letter sent to you regarding this matter.
If after 10 days the above corrections have not been made and an inspection
called for, a notice will be forwarded to the Prosecuting Attorney's Office.
