1. Approval of 3n apnlicAtion by Tred W. Lave11 to extend an existing non-
conforming uae by adrl3.ng a 301 by 40' dining room to a, cafe and tavern
on a part of Tract 7, Plat #2, HazelViood Irrigated T$rms, on the south
side of Sunset Highway east of rlo2•mal Road in an Agricultvral zone. IL
is the opinion of the Planning Comffiissioa that the proposed addition
will have ? ittle if any effect on the character of the existing use or
the charact8r of the general axea.
2. Approval of an application by D. R,owe McMullin to cYange an existing
non-conforming use, a machiae manufacturxng plant to a commercial
potato peeling plant, locatod northtiest of ~,'xnth ansi Bradley, bezng

zone. Approval is rscommended with the condition that the existing

the proDerty, are not suitable for conversion to residential use and
