1. Approval of an applieetion by Fred W. Lavell to extend an existing non--
conforming use by adding a 301 by 401 dining room to a caf e and tavern
on a psrt of T5ract 7, Plat #2, Hazelwood Irrigated Farma, on the aouth
side of Sunset Highway east of Normal Road in an Agricultural zone. It
is the opin3on of the Pla.nning Commission that the proposed addition
will have little if any effect on the character of the existing use or
the charactor of the general n,rea.
2. APProval of an aPPlication bY D. Rowe McMu1_' _ n ar.
non-conforming use, a mach3ne manufacturing plant to a commercial
potato peeling plant, located northwest of Ninth and Bradley, being

zone. Approval is recommended with the condition that the exi$ting
ruilding not be enlarged, that no vehicles used in connection with the
