do hereby dedicate to the public as highways-the streets or roads
shown on this map.

be permitted on any lot.

Ivo owner of any lot or lots or any other person or persons shall
be permitted to have more than 24 live chickens upon any one lot
in this subdivision.
No owner of any lot or lots or any other person or persons shall
be permitted to have live swine upon a.ny lot~or lots in this sub-
division.
No lot or lots in this subdivision shall be sold until after do-
mestic water is made available to said lot or lots.
The lots in this addition are subject to highways, pole line and
irrigation easements and contracts of record in the County Auditors
OfPico.
The ioregoing covenants and limitations of use are made for the
protection of each of the lot owners in said "WICKLAND SUBDIVISION".
Should any one or more of these covenanta or limitations of use be
breached bq any lot owner or other person, then any one or more of
the other owners of lots or property in said subdivision may enforce
the said covenants and limitations of use in any man.ner provided
by law for his own benefit or for the benefit'of any or all other
owners of lots or property in the subdivision,
