fronts on the Nest aide of Argoane 8oad on the north side of the Argonne
P~oad interchange with Pz-i.mary State Highwa,y No. 2.
We note that the dedication provision (H) states that "Lot 5 in Block 1
-~nd Lot 10 in Hloak 2 shall have no direct ingreas or egress from Argoune
fiaad." Ke further note a concrete curb barrier parallel to lrgonaae Road
restricts the Prontage road access to Argonne Road solely by xay of
Shannon FoRd .
Anoti:er i•es lvriction na-: be required to protect ac-ainst unnecessary con-
gestion on the Atgonne Road approach to the Fraeway interchange and thia
pertains to the access frwn Lot 1 in Block l. We recommend that this lot
be included in provisioa (H) of the dedic8tion so ae to reetrict the
access from this lot eolelp to gnox Rroad. Our reason for this recomnaenda-
tion ie that a multiple family suburban zoning i s proposed for this
property and because of this, a medical-dental center could be established
at this location with drivewsy9 directly to Argonis Roe.d. ~
