No. ZE-87-79 This matter having come before the Examiner Committee on August 16, 1979 , 1979, and the members of the Committee present being Kenneth Kennedy, Chairman, Abby Byrne and John Culler and there being the following persons present who wish to request approval of a Zone Change; Tom Groh and Fritz Wolff for a Zone Reclassification, Agricultural Suburban to Commercial for the purpose of a barber shop, retail store, and a warehousq B. FINDINGS OF FACT 1. That the existing land use in the area is residential and commercial 2. AGENCIES CONSULTED/COMMENTS RECEIVED a) COUNTY FIRE MARSHAL 1. No comment. b) COUNTY ENGINEER 1. Access permits for the advertised property shall be obtained from the Spokane County Engineer's Office prior to release of building permits. 2.
