Reason for Supplement The City of Spokane has agreed to act as the Lead Agency for a new project encompassing the portion of the project within the Spokane City Limits. The City of Millwood has agreed to act as the Lead Agency for a new project encompassing the portion of the project between Vista Rd and SR 290. This supplement de-obligates$342,700 so that$248,333 can be reassigned to the new Spokane trail project and$94,367 can be reassigned to the Millwood trail project. The proposed alignment between Pines Road and the Centennial trail connection is undetermined and may be routed adjacent to Indiana Avenue. Description of Proposed Work Description of Proposed Work (Attach additional sheet(s) if necessary) The project will plan, design and construct a 10' to 12' wide HMA surfaced trail. The path cross-section, width, access points, road crossings and trail accessories will be determined during the planning and design phases. The project scope has been reduced to eliminate those portions within the Cities of Spokane and Millwood. The new project will consist of two segments: Segment A between Fancher Rd and Vista Rd and Segment B between north side of SR 290 and the Centennial trail at either the UP RR bridge over the Spokane river or at Mirabeau Park.
