1. T'he Waih.ington Water Power CaaapeM will cut off and
abandon the existing 12 inch Natar lina wnderneath your
building,, and relocate a 12 inch liue in the now utility
ea8oment provided in the replat. It is agreed we will sharQ
the coet of this ralocation equally, providing yaur ahare
will not excled $840.00.
2. Electric overhead liaes havs been relocated along
the utility woment provided in tho replit. No costs

3. There ars no gas liaes in the existing easesnsnt,
therafoze, no relocation ie necessary. Wo do not antf-
