When I agreed to purchase rrry lot in November, 1965 in the Siesta
Motiile Park from the. West Valley suilders, Inc owners Mfke and Joe
Eascetta, I was toXd and so appcared in their ad, that the road in
front of xty lot and other owners' lots would be blacktopped shortly
The owners also have now a large sign at the entrance to the Park
which reads "Curking and '61ackto,pping " ]tut the blacktopping has
never been completed, though I as well as many of my neigh~6ars have
inquired several timeS when the Ulacktopping will Ue completed, for
the dust on this road is unLearatile Onlq twice since governtier, 1965,
have they sprayed the road to control the dust
Is this false advertlsing and what can loe done to accamplish this9
Some contractg are so worded to the effect that the lblaektoppiag
will Ue completed, some contracts only indicate the ttixUing will L%
