Planning Commission Recommendation Approve, subiect to the filinq of
the fxnal plat of "East Vallev Manor"

I The Planning Commissfon has acted on a prelimfnary plat (East
Valley Manor) foX the area, however, the final plat has not been
filed with the Auditor. This zoning action is recommended by the
Commission to enable developers of the property to obtain build-
ing permits without waiting several weeks until the matter comes
up at the Commission's regularly scheduled meeting following
the plat fi],ing
2. The property in question is located between Commercial frontage
along Trent Road to the south and Throop and Fitzpatrick's Sub-
division to the north The prelima.nary plat was approved by the
Planrung Commission as an apartment plat and would make a good
transitional land use between the Trent Road commercial frontage
and sxngle family residential development in Throop and Fitz-
patrick's jubdivision
