1 All lots shall be residential No structure shall be erected, altered,
placed or permitted to remain on any portion of this tract other than a single or
multiple family dwelling, private garage and such other outbuildings as may be
incidental to the residential use of the land

25 feet of the front line of each lot and no building shall be located on any lot
