Planning Commission Recommendation; Approve for the followinq reasons:
Reasons;
1. The final plat of "Croffut f.ddition" was recently filed with the
Spokane County l,uditor, and I,gricultural Suburban zoning was
suggested by the Planning Commission at the time the preliminary
plat was reviewed (january 27, 1966).
Lot sizes range from 100 ft.x 176 ft.(17, 600 sq.ft.) to 112 ft. x
176 ft. (19, 712 sq.ft.) and restrictive covenants contained in the
plat state that "no more than one detached dwelling structure
shall be constructed on any one lot". The plat has been designed
for siy4gle family residences in keeping with existing adjacent
development of Valley View Hills Second Addition which is zoned
E:gricultural Suburban.
2. Upgrading of zoning to the ";.gricultural Suburban" clas sification
would be in keeping with existing zoning of the immediate area
and would be in keeping with the design development of the plat.
