We heve reviewed the revised plat that we recefved on February 2,1968
Our Transmission Design Engineers have disapproved the location of the
roadway across Bonneville's right of way, as shawn on the latest plat
If the road were constructed as shoum, Bonneville ° s taood-pole struc-
tures 11/$ would be located about two feet insfde the north boundaxy
of the applicant's 60-foot roadwsy area
Accordfng to our engineers, the proposed road should be moved at
least 12 feet south, if not, then the exfsting structures 11/8
(two power lines) would have to be removed and aew ones constructed
at least 10 feet outside of the proposed road right of way These
stsuctuxe relocations would have to be paid for by the appgicant
If the Yomd is relocated, we should be furniehed with detafled data
for it This would include cut or fill information Qus minfmum
conductor=tomground clearance standards for 115,000ovolt lines crosse
ing over Spokane County roads is 34 feet for the full width of the
road right of way
I am enclosing power liae plan and profile data for the two lines
in the area under discussion The conductor profile is at 120°F
(conductor) temperatureo
Regardless of where the roadway is constructed, Bonneville requires
that continuous access along the transmission lfne right of way wilY
not be obstructed
