Dear Mr. Huggins-
I have contacted Mr. Eldon Thomas, Manager of Consolidated Irrigation
District #19, and discussed the location and size of the water mains
and the installation of fire hydrants.
Mr. Thomas has a copy of the prelirninary platt that indicates where
the mains and hydrants will be located. This design is acceptable
as indicated if it is followed.
I understand there is no signed contractual agreement at this time.
