PARCEL NUMBER 55082.0133 Dear Ms. Hanson: This letter is in response to your request to extend the deadline for the removal of the 14' X 60' single wide manufactured home as per a condition attached to project number 01007117. As you are aware, the above noted single wide manufactured home was to be removed from the above property within sixty (60) days of August 22, 2001 or October 22, 2001. In consideration of the two (2) month permit extension to December 22, 2001 which is referenced in a memorandum from Gerry Gemmill, Assistant to the Chief Administrative Officer for Public Works and dated October 16, 2001, the Spokane County Division of Planning does not have any enforcement issues regarding the Spokane County Zoning Code at this time. However, if the 14' X 60' single wide manufactured home remains at this property past December 22, 2001, the Division of Planning will find it necessary to take the appropriate action to achieve compliance with the zoning codes that it enforces.
