that may arise in regards to drainfield areas.
12. Conditional apDroval of the Dlat is given subject to dedication of
the right of way to the publlc and aDnroval of the road system in
the Dlat by the County Engineer.
13. That a narne be indicated before the final nlat is filed; such name
to be avproved by the County Assessor.

required by the County Hpalth Officer. 9ubdivider is not authorized

utility service area of YJWP: therefore a certified letter must be

The general terrain and soil conditions of a majority of the plat
are suitable for individual sewage disposal systems.
Lots 5, 6 and 12, Black 2 are not suitable for individual sewage
disposal systems due fio the drainage course area going through the
