We are advised by the Planning Commission Office of Spokane County that
, you have requested that the hearing on Myron Estates No. 5 be placed on ,
the agenda for the meeting of the Planning Commission scheduled for
October 10, 1975o The statement for the prelimi.nary agenda for this
meeting states in parto "Continued from March 14, 1975, the sponsor
having stated that he has completed all conditions of previously filed
plats of Myron Estates." The minutes of the March 14, 1975, meeting
state in part: "Continued until the sponsor has completed the .
construction of o 0 o water and fire protection facilities in all pre-- viously filed Myron Estates plats . o o to the satisfaction of
the Fire District."
You are hereby advised that as of this date the fire protection facili- ties in Myron Estates are not in full compliance with the approved
plats or Fire District requirements. These must be completed in strict
compliance with all requirements no later than September 30, 1975, to
allow us time to check the installations and test and approve all f ire
protection facilities. We must advise the Planning Commission Office
of our findings by October 3, 1975, so that they can prepare their recommendation to the Commission on the Myron Estates Noo 5 proposal.
Additionally, you are hereby advised that this District will not, if ,
consulted, give approval to the issuance of any building permits in any given single plat until all water and fire protection facilities have
been completed, tested, and approved as in strict compliance with the
plat plans and specifications for that plat as approved by this District
and/or the County. This policy applies equally to all present and
future plats within this Fire Protection District, and is in accord with ~
the policy of this District as set forth at the May 14, 1975, meeting of
the Commissioners of this District.

Dear Jim:
There appears to have been some confusion raised in
the last 30 days in regard to the policy of issuance of build-
ing permits in Myron Estates and this letter is issued to clarify
any confusion.
Per John Diffenbacher's letter of December 6, 1974
to me which I attach, adequate fire protection for Myron Estates
No. 2, lst Edition and Myron Estates No. 3 has been provided and
building permits may be issued in those two plats. Following the
execution on December 18, 1974 of a Security Agreement which was
acceptable to the fire district, bu3.lding permits may be issued
in Myron Estates No. 29 You have a copy og the Security Agree-
ment.
According to John Diffenbacher's letter of January 23,
1975 to Mr. Huggins no building permits may be issued in Myron
Estates No. 1 and No. 4. Mre Diffenbacher's letter mentions
Niyron Estates No. 5 but no approval by the Planning Commission
for Myron Estates No. 5 has been obtained and accordingly no
permits would be issued in any event.
